Real Estate Crowdfunding Company Hosts Open House April 2 in Mesa

Local real estate crowdfunding firm Neighborhood Ventures is hosting a free community open house for investors and potential investors from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 2 at the Venture on Country Club, a 120-unit hotel in property conversion housing at 1410 S. Country Club Drive in Mesa.

Attendees will be treated to coffee and refreshments, view the renovated property, tour some of the units and have the opportunity to speak with the Neighborhood Ventures team. Guests can RSVP on, according to a statement.

“We can’t wait to show off our biggest project yet,” Jamison Manwaring, co-founder of Neighborhood Ventures, said in the release. “We think our investors will love seeing the incredible transformation this property has undergone – from a run-down, struggling hotel to a vibrant community that has a true resort feel.”

Venture on Country Club is the 10th property to be funded by the Arizona real estate crowdfunding company, founded in 2017.

The former hotel is partly owned by 364 investors who invested a total of $4 million in the property. The target holding period for this property is three years, during which time the renovations will be completed, the property rezoned into apartments and then rented out. Renovations are nearing completion and the property is rented out on a short-term basis through Airbnb, the statement said.
