North Carolina real estate leader Shirley Morrison announced this week that she is launching her own brokerage firm with Century 21 Real Estate LLC and will now do business as CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage.

Morrison has been with the CENTURY 21® brand for more than 35 years, the company said, and is known for its industry and community leadership and working with the military. His company serves Jacksonville and Onslow counties.

“Real estate consumers should demand personalized, unique and memorable moments at every stage of the agent-client relationship that my team has proudly delivered to individuals and families in Onslow/Pender/Carteret/Craven counties for decades,” said Morrison. “Ultimately, it’s important for us to continue to be part of an organization that since 1971 has been innovating and changing the real estate game for the benefit of its affiliate agents and real estate consumers.”

CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage officially changed its name from CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates this year.

“This is great news for us, because when a legend like Shirley, with a cultural heritage of customer experiences as deep and rich as her own, commits to our brand, it reaffirms our work to transform this industry from transactional into experiential,” added Michael. Miedler, President and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “His energy and enthusiasm for helping families, especially his work with the military, is unparalleled. My team is eager to do everything in their power to help grow their business and make an impact in the community. »
