The median home price in March was up about 10.6% from March 2021. The median home in Bucks County was 2,396 square feet with a list price of $249 per square foot.

The Bucks County market was busy, with a median of 39 days on market. The market added 648 new home listings in March, compared to 688 in March 2021. The market ended the month with some 394 home listings for sale.

Montgomery County home prices drop 4.3% to $449,950
