Colorado Group Realty Excited About New Hires and Company Movement

Colorado Group Realty recently announced a series of corporate changes.

According to a CGR press release, two agents have started as associate brokers and four existing agents have joined the ranks of company owners. The new associate brokers are Lauren Bloom and Meg Wilson.

According to CGR, Bloom is a Colorado native who served as a real estate agent with Redfin and is an elite Colorado landscaper. Along with a background as a landscaper and horticulturist, Bloom also has strong business and negotiation skills.

“The reputation of CGR and its agents appealed to me, and I’m proud to be able to assist buyers and sellers with the backing of the CGR name,” Bloom said in a press release.

During this time, Wilson formed a tag team with Ashley Walcher, one of CGR’s new owners. Wilson, who owns automotive and powersports dealerships, brings extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate.

“I am delighted to join the CGR team; my family and I have never felt more at home than at Steamboat and I love sharing all the amazing things about the valley with my guests,” said Wilson.

Walcher, Will Kennish, Kenny Reisman and Travis Crooke also recently joined 21 others in the CGR ownership group.

Walcher, who won the 2021 CGR Hustler of the Year award, has been with the company for five years and had sales volume of $19 million in 2021.

Kennish, in his second year with CGR, and Reisman, a 12-year veteran with the company, both closed $7 million last year. Crooke was a recent graduate of the company’s new agent training program and received the 2021 Rising Star award.

“A company is only as good as its people,” longtime company owner Scott Wither said in the statement. “CGR improves every year thanks to our goal of only using highly professional, diligent and ethical experts.”

In 2021, CGR achieved sales volume of $830 million, up 44% from 2020. The company also donated $83,000 to 74 local nonprofits. To learn more about the company, visit
