Building a Legacy in the Real Estate Industry

As a real estate agent, I have always focused meticulously on projects and locations that are rich in nature and large in scale, such as Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah, to name a few. I started working on the said projects and the results were extremely successful, all while continuing to fuel and plan the idea of ​​opening my brokerage firm, which I did.

Founded in 2012, Luxury Concierge Real Estate (LCRE), as its name suggests, aspires to be a premier luxury brokerage firm. The core of LCRE was to encapsulate Dubai’s opulent luxury market and forge strongholds with all the major developers that give us and our clients the benefit of exclusive access and early insight into upcoming launches.

As I mentioned, I worked on some major deals myself and was able to close one of the most expensive mansions in Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Bay as a plot of land in Dubai Hills d worth more than 85 million dirhams. Besides, I would also like to briefly touch on an amazing Emaar project, Dubai Hills, located between Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

Dubai Hills Estate is a sprawling residential estate and luxury lifestyle master development comprising mainly luxury mansions and huge plots of land for developments customized to the client’s taste and lifestyle. Fortunately, I was able to secure a plot of land there worth 36 million dirhams for my client, which we developed from scratch according to his tastes and preferences. The capital appreciation on the land after the construction of a magnificent mansion reached 160% and sold for 144 million dirhams, while generating a construction cost of only 32 million dirhams.

We have all witnessed the reaction of the real estate market in the biggest cities of the world such as New York, Hong Kong, London and Dubai during the pandemic in 2019. The world was in shock and so was the real estate market.

Buyers and investors around the world were skeptical of any further investment due to the high level of uncertainty, although I was able to get my clients to recognize the value of the off-plan projects brewing in Dubai. Furthermore, Dubai’s commendable display of how it has handled the pandemic has definitely reassured the world that the emirate is indeed one of the safest cities for investment, with a higher return on investment compared to other metropolises.

At the height of the pandemic, in 2020, I shifted my focus to off-plan projects where I was able to sell over Dh300 million of off-plan projects by Emaar and Dh285 million off-plan for Damac.

With absolute dedication, I recorded sales worth 1.3 billion dirhams in 2021, and LCRE was awarded one of the best brokerage companies by Emaar and offered a seat in the platinum club Emaar and while Damac made us a member of their circle of billions table.

My objective remains the same because the objectives for the coming years quadruple. Dubai hasn’t reached half of its potential, it’s a high-end moving market that has yet to mature, and I plan to seize future opportunities.
