One of the hardest things you can do is change your habits. Whether it’s losing weight, quitting smoking, saving more, or paying off debt, making big changes is extremely difficult, especially over long periods of time.

This comes as no surprise to those of us who have tried to change our ways, which I guess everyone else is.

Why is it so hard to accomplish things we really want to do, like save more, spend less, quit a bad habit, start a good one, or change our behavior in some other way?

That’s what the show “Money!” this week’s podcast is about. We’re going to give you all the tips and tricks we could find to help you create great goals and achieve them.

And now is the perfect time to do it, now that the year is well underway and the promises you made to yourself on New Year’s Eve are starting to get blurry.

We will refocus you and get you back on track.

As usual, my co-host will be financial journalist Miranda Marquit. Rookie producer and investor Aaron Freeman listens and sometimes contributes.

Sit back, relax and listen to “Money!” Podcast:

A podcast is basically a radio show that you can listen to anywhere and anytime, either by downloading it to your smartphone or listening to it online. They’re great for learning and entertaining while you’re in the car, doing chores, jogging, or if you’re like me, riding a bike.

You can listen to our latest podcasts here or download them to your phone from anywhere including Apple, Spotify, RadioPublic, Stitcher and RSS.

If you haven’t listened to our podcast yet, give it a try and subscribe. You’ll be glad you did!
